We've been thinking about this for 5 years. 5 years of obsessing over every last detail from how fresh we want our food to be (extremely) to how we want our restaurants to look (awesome) to what color our napkins will be (we're big fans of classic white). When your restaurant concept is developed with the help of a brain trust that started and operated their own high-profile service companies you know you're going to get a high class final product. And we've done just that. Pyrogrill is growing faster than a gangly 14 year old. Maybe it's because of our super premium quality ingredients. Or our beautifully designed restaurants. Or maybe we can just chalk it up to the fact that our food is freakin' delicious. We don't have any freezers or microwaves in our kitchens. We don't need them. Everything we serve is as fresh as possible. Nothing is precooked. It's all done right there in front of you. Take a moment here to wipe the drool off the keyboard. We good? Cool.

Pyrogrill is a franchised fast-casual restaurant concept. We specialize in grain, green, and protein Mix entrees that feature fresh, tender chicken, steak or pork served on either a bed of yellow or brown rice. Not enough choices for you? They're served in a bowl with romaine lettuce or wrapped in a fresh flour or whole-wheat tortilla. Then they're topped with garden fresh veggies and one of our 12 sauces, including Secret Curry Mustard, Honey BBQ, Pineapple Teriyaki, Roasted Tomatillo salsa and a Buttermilk Cilantro Ranch. You can even get it in vegetarian if you'd like. That's about 17 bajillion different Mix combinations. No need to fact check that. We have a very expensive calculator.
